XClipRanking ("the Service") aggregates metadata about videos publicly available on X (formerly Twitter) and provides direct-reference links upon user request.
Article 2 (No Retention of Video Content)
The Service does not retain any video files, thumbnail images, or account avatars from X on its servers. All such media is referenced directly from X-hosted origins (video.twimg.com, pbs.twimg.com, etc.).
Article 3 (Trademarks)
"X" is a trademark of X Corp. The Service is an independent service unaffiliated with X Corp.
Article 4 (User Responsibility)
Users are responsible for any secondary use (redistribution, public transmission, etc.) of videos obtained through the Service, in accordance with the X Terms of Service and the wishes of each rights holder.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Service may stop functioning without notice due to changes in X-side APIs or CDNs. The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
These Terms may be changed without notice. The updated Terms take effect at the time they are published on this page.
Article 7 (Governing Law)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
